When you become one of our customers, we need your personal data (invoicing data) in order to comply with the legal obligations for the issue and registration of tax documents.

Establishment of business relations
This is also true for the creation of business relations (creation of an order, delivery of an order, records in the business database of customers, records of orders for dealing with any complaints).

Cookies and Google Analytics
When viewing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site and from which website you have arrived. We perceive the use of cookies to measure website traffic and to customize the display of our website as a legitimate interest of the administrator, mainly because we believe that we can provide you with better services thanks to this.

Security and protection of personal data
We protect personal data as much as possible using modern technology that corresponds to the level of technical development necessary. We protect this as if it were our own. We have taken and maintain a variety of technical measures to prevent damage to or destruction of your personal data. Provision of personal data to third parties, companies (hereinafter referred to as “Intermediaries”)

Your personal data is accessible to our employees or co-workers who are bound by confidentiality and are trained in secure processing of personal data. We handle most processing operations ourselves and do not need third parties. To ensure some specific processing operations, which we are unable to provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the given processing and are work in accordance with the GDPR.

We promise that in such a case when making a choice we will place at least the same demands on the processor in terms of security and quality as if we would do for ourselves.

Your rights regarding privacy
You have the following rights regarding the protection of personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the e-mail above and use it as the contact e-mail. You have the right to information about how we process personal data which is this site. Thanks to the right of access you can call us at any time and we will prove you with details of what personal data we process and why within 30 days. If you require changes in personal data, you have the right to add or to change these data. You can exercise the right to limited processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, if you feel that we are processing it illegally, but you do not want to delete all the data, or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of its processing (e.g. by unsubscribing from a newsletter you limit the purpose of processing to sending business information).

Right to delete (be forgotten)

Your right is to delete or be forgotten. We do not want to forget about you, but if you want to, you have a right to it. In this case, we will delete your personal data from our system as well as from the system of partial backup processors. We need 30 days to secure this right of cancellation.

In some cases we are bound by law and must record the tax documents issued (orders, invoices, contracts, etc.) within the time limit set by law. In this case, we will delete all personal data that is not bound by other law. We will notify you by e-mail when the deletion is complete.

Complaints from the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we are not processing your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint. We would of course be very happy if you notify us of this suspicion first so that we can do something about it and correct the mistake.

Confidentiality
We assure you that our employees and associates who may process your data are required to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the end of our contractual relations. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
